ASH nursing service department is living the change. The organization is geared towards learning our skills and working through cross functional teams in the spirit of helping-hand. We considered NURSING staff not just a caring profession, but an art and a vocation.

We manage nursing care programs and activities such as:

  1. Instituting total quality management
  2. Training
    • Basic life support (BLS)
    • Advance cardiac life support (ACLS)
    • Pediatrics advance life support (PALS)
    • In-service training (e.g ECG)
  3. Upgrading nursing staff by continuing Nursing Education (CNE) accredited by Health Authority Abu Dhabi as a part of living the change.
We educate, equip and empower our staff to give them the courage to face the challenge of change and in the process to maximize their potential. As the organization grows they also grow as professionals.
