Humane care embodied by a highly experienced medical team

Humanized Care, where expertise and advanced laparoscopic techniques save lives

Humane care embodied in advanced laparoscopic surgery technology

An emergency surgery was performed at Al Salama Hospital for a rare case using advanced laparoscopic techniques.

Professor Murad Al-jiffry, Consultant Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary, and Pancreatic Surgeon, explained that the foreign body was shaped like a fishbone. It had penetrated the stomach and reached the middle of the liver, forming a dangerous pus mass.

Thanks to the medical team's expertise and the latest surgical techniques, the affected tissue was removed with high precision, without the need for traditional surgery. This improved the recovery process and reduced the patient’s pain.

At Al Salama Hospital, we take pride in our leadership in medical innovation, combining extensive expertise with advanced technology to deliver world-class healthcare.
