Seventh: Training Courses:
- All information provided during the booking process is accurate and confirmed by the person submitting it.
- I agree that any incorrect or misleading information may result in the rejection of my registration, as well as the forfeiture of continuing medical education hours and the issuance of the certificate.
- I agree that a certificate of attendance will be issued only if my attendance meets or exceeds 90% of the duration of the course.
- In case of cancellation of your booking: – A 100% refund will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 21 days in advance.
– A 50% refund will be granted in case of cancellation between 7 and 20 days.
– No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
5.In case of cancellation by us, a 100% refund will be issued unless the reason is due to force majeure.
