- Open the mobile app.
- Book appointment
- Search for Refill Clinic under specialty.
- Select Adult or Pediatric, as applicable.
- Book a virtual consultation.
During the consultation, the assigned physician will:
- Review your medical history.
- Conduct a clinical assessment.
- Order laboratory tests if needed.
- Prescribe medication accordingly.
If you are located in Jeddah, medications will be delivered to your address.
If you are outside Jeddah, your prescription will be sent electronically to a nearby pharmacy for dispensing.
