You can book a new appointment in two easy ways:

  • Through the Mobile app (tap “Book Appointment” from the main menu).

To book a follow-up visit:

  • Open the mobile app, tap the menu (☰), and select “Book Follow-Up”.

Is virtual consultation covered by insurance?

Yes. Coverage depends on your insurance policy.

I have insurance but was asked to pay full amount (not copay). What should I do?

  • Medication delivery is available within Jeddah; otherwise, prescriptions are sent electronically to your nearest pharmacy.

Yes. The virtual clinic platform uses secure encryption and complies with healthcare data protection standards to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

What if I miss or need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule through:

You can request a medication refill through the Refill Clinic service:

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Book appointment
  3. Search for Refill Clinic under specialty.
  4. Select Adult or Pediatric, as applicable.
  5. Book a virtual consultation.

During the consultation, the assigned physician will:

  • Review your medical history.
  • Conduct a clinical assessment.
  • Order laboratory tests if needed.
  • Prescribe medication accordingly.

If you are located in Jeddah, medications will be delivered to your address.
If you are outside Jeddah, your prescription will be sent electronically to a nearby pharmacy for dispensing.
