Director of Jeddah Health Department Expresses Admiration for Al Salama Hospital’s Services

Dr. Mishal bin Musfer Al-Siyali, Director of the Ministry of Health branch in Jeddah, expressed his admiration for the quality of services provided to citizens and residents at Al Salama Hospital in Jeddah. His remarks came after his visit to the hospital, accompanied by several assistants from the Jeddah health department.
He was guided on a tour of several medical departments by Dr. Khalid Bakr Alam, the CEO of Al Salama Hospital, and Dr. Saleh Abdullah Al-Harbi, the hospital’s medical director. The tour included visits to the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Radiology, and Inpatient wards. During the visit, the CEO provided an overview of the tasks and functions of these departments.
Dr. Al-Siyali was briefed on the operational mechanisms within the hospital, which has a capacity of 220 beds and spans an area of 80,000 square meters, equipped with the latest medical devices and technologies. He also learned about the efforts made by the hospital administration to enhance medical services and support specialized fields in Jeddah, along with the future plans aimed at transforming the hospital into a comprehensive medical city with an increased capacity.
In turn, Dr. Khalid Bakr Alam thanked the Director of the Jeddah Health Department for this visit and the motivating words of praise and valuable feedback. He emphasized that this oversight is part of the ongoing support and attention the health sector receives from the wise leadership to enhance the health sector and provide the highest levels of medical services, as emphasized by Saudi Vision 2030, which the citizens of this nation and residents among us deserve.
