By registering for an event , you agree to the following :
- All information provided within the registration application is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand that any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of my registration, as well as the forfeiture of CME hours and the issuance of the certificate.
- I am aware that the SCFHS portal for CME hours registration will close five days after the completion of the course.
- I understand that an attendance certificate will only be issued if my attendance meets or exceeds 90% of the course duration.
- For client cancellations: a 100% refund if canceled at least 21 days in advance; a 50% refund for cancellations between 7 and 21 days; and no refund if canceled less than 7 days.
- For cancellations by Al Salama Hospital for Training, a 100% refund applies if not due to Force Majeure.
- To cancel your registration, please send an email to cpd@alsalamahospital.com with all the details, a copy of the transfer, and your bank account information.

Policy on Life support Registration, Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund
- Registration is confirmed upon submission of completed registration data and receipt of the course fee.
- Rescheduling/Transfer: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 working days prior to the course date.
- eBook Policy: Participants must have the updated provider manual during the course. Admission may be denied without it. If rescheduling is requested due to not having the manual, an additional payment will be required. Replacement of the eBook with a hard copy is allowed with proof of purchase.
Cancelation or Non-Attendance Policy
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- If the participant fails to notify the Training Center (TC) at least 14 working days prior to the course date.
- If the participant does not attend the scheduled course without a valid reason (the TC reserves the right to determine the validity of the reason).
- If the participant is more than 15 minutes late for the first lesson without a valid reason, as this is considered non-attendance.
- If the participant refuses to attend due to lateness or lack of the required manual.
In case of illness or emergencies, participants must provide proper documentation. Rescheduling may be allowed, but no refund will be provided.
- A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 14 working days prior to the course date, or if the TC cancels the course.
- Refunds do not include the cost of eBooks or digital materials that have already been redeemed.
- The TC reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses due to logistical reasons or if the number of registered participants is less the minimum required. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, and rescheduling options may be offered if available.
Other rules:
- Smoking is prohibited in classrooms training facilities during all AHA ECC training programs,
- Reproduction of AHA course materials is not allowed.
